Chess Commander has a built in installer system that allows you to easily add boards, engines and game databases. The files are compressed so that they download quickly and the installation is automatic.

The easiest way to install from this web site is to click the knight icon (see below) or download link then select 'Open' - Chess Commander will then launch and install the file. Alternatively you can right click the link then select 'Save Target As' to save the CCF (Chess Commander File) file to disk. I recommend saving it on your desktop or some other location you can easily find later.

You can also open CCF files directly from Chess Commander by launching the game then clicking Game / Open CCF.
